Premium Dynamics is a large brutalist-inspired office complex with three main floors, a partial basement, executive floor, and rooftop.

Overview

By popular demand, here is Premium Dynamics! Mostly. The original world used assets from a number of paid asset packs that I obviously had to remove in order to list this for sale. In short, this purchase will give you a Unity project file that includes two scenes; One with the metadata for the asset packs included, and one with the metadata cleaned and replacement textures put in. I'll explain more below.

Due to the nature of the world and the reality of listing it for sale, it will also be without pre-existing lightmaps, baked occlusion, or other things you'd get with other paid worlds, hence needing some unity knowledge to get this up and running. If you're confused, please check out the Youtube links listed below to get an idea of what it is exactly you're getting here. I do not want any of you buying this without fully understanding that this is not an upload ready project, it is a DIY base for you to edit, modify, and build off of.

Getting Started Instructions

1. Download and unzip the files with 7zip
2. Ensure you have Unity 2022.3.22f1 installed
3. In VRChat Creator Companion click the down-arrow beside 'Create New Project' and click on Add Existing Project
4. Navigate to where you unzipped the files to and click Select Folder
5. Unity should open and you can start editing/modifying the project
